These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GovBid AI (the "Service"), operated by Investor Success Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GovBid AI aggregates and organizes publicly available government contracting opportunities — including data synced from SAM.gov and other federal, state, and local procurement sources — and provides tools to search, filter, track, and manage bids for those opportunities. The Service also provides optional AI-drafted bid proposals based on information you provide, deadline reminder emails for contracts you track, and a Teaming Directory where users may opt in to connect with potential prime contractors or subcontractors.
Contract listings displayed in the Service are sourced from third-party government systems, including SAM.gov and applicable state/local procurement portals. GovBid AI is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the U.S. General Services Administration, SAM.gov, or any government agency. We make reasonable efforts to keep synced data current but do not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or timeliness. You are responsible for verifying any contract details, deadlines, and requirements directly with the official source before relying on them.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You may upload documents to the Service in connection with contracts you track ("User Content"), such as proposal drafts, capability statements, and past performance records. This includes information you enter into your Company Profile. You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant us a limited license to store, host, and display User Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of anything you upload or enter.
The Service may use a third-party AI provider to generate draft bid proposals based on contract information and your Company Profile. AI-drafted content is a starting point only. It may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or generic language, and is not reviewed by us for accuracy or compliance with any solicitation's requirements before being shown to you. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-drafted content before relying on it or submitting it to any agency or contracting officer. We make no representations about the suitability of AI-drafted content for any specific procurement.
The Service includes an optional Teaming Directory where you may publish information about your company or a specific contract to connect with potential prime contractors or subcontractors. Any information you publish there is visible to other users of the Service. We do not verify, vet, or endorse the accuracy of any listing, request, or user in the Teaming Directory, and we are not a party to any communication, arrangement, teaming agreement, or subcontract that results from it. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you post and for exercising your own judgment, including any appropriate due diligence, before entering into an arrangement with another user. Disputes between users arising from the Teaming Directory are solely between those users.

GovBid AI is currently offered free of charge during its beta period. If we introduce paid subscription plans, pricing and billing terms will be presented to you at signup, and this section will be updated accordingly.
The Service, including its software, design, and AI-generated summaries, is owned by Investor Success Group, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service.
The Service is a discovery and organizational tool. We do not guarantee that any contract you track or bid on will be awarded to you, that any deadline reminder email will be delivered or received in time, or that any Teaming Directory connection will result in a successful arrangement. We are not a party to and take no responsibility for the outcome of any procurement process, proposal, or agreement between you and any government agency or other user.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INVESTOR SUCCESS GROUP, LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY (INCLUDING A LOST CONTRACT AWARD), ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
