This Privacy Policy explains how Investor Success Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information in connection with GovBid AI (the "Service").
Account Information: name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you register.
User Content: documents you upload in connection with tracked contracts, notes you add within the Service, and AI-drafted proposal text you generate or edit.
Company Profile: information you optionally provide about your business — company name, capabilities statement, past performance, certifications, and differentiators — used to generate AI-drafted bid proposals. This information is private to your account unless you separately choose to publish related details in the Teaming Directory.
Teaming Directory Information: if you opt in, information you enter to list your company (or a specific contract request) in the Teaming Directory — company name, industry, NAICS code, jurisdiction, certifications, a description of what you're seeking, and a contact email — which is shown to other signed-in users of the Service.
Usage Data: pages visited, features used, and general log data (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically.
Government Contract Data: publicly available procurement data synced from sources like SAM.gov, which is not personal information but is displayed within the Service.
We rely on third-party infrastructure providers to operate the Service, including a database/authentication/file-storage provider (Supabase) and a hosting/deployment provider (Vercel). Contract summaries and AI-drafted proposals are generated using Anthropic's Claude API — when you request a proposal draft, the relevant contract details and your Company Profile information are sent to Anthropic for processing. Deadline reminder emails are sent using Resend. These providers process data on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers as described above, to comply with legal obligations, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
If you opt in to the Teaming Directory, the information you choose to enter — whether as a general company listing or a request tied to a specific contract — is visible to other signed-in users of the Service, including your listed contact email. This is separate from your private Company Profile, which is not shown to other users unless you separately publish it through the Teaming Directory. You can remove a Teaming Directory listing or request at any time.
We retain account information and User Content for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted storage and access controls, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us using the information below.
Teaming Directory visibility is entirely optional and under your control: set your teaming status back to "Not seeking" or remove a contract-specific request at any time from your Company Profile or the Teaming Directory to stop showing that information to other users.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and understand how the Service is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information will be processed in the U.S., which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date.
